What to Expect
A uniformed appliance service professional will arrive to your home within your allotted 2-3 hour time frame. The technician will call ahead if this was requested when making the appointment over the phone or when booking online. It is our goal to fix your unit the quickest and most efficient way possible. This means that the technician will spend the adequate amount of time to accurately diagnose the problem to avoid wasted trips and/or appointments. After diagnosing the problem, the technician will give you an estimate for the cost of the repairs based on flat rate pricing prior to doing any of the work.
Your technician is often able to provide you with life expectancy, preventative measures, and periodic maintenance that may help you decide whether or not to proceed with a repair.
Old parts removed from your machine are always yours to keep. There are a few exceptions for items such as computer boards or transmissions that carry a core charge from the supplier. On these items, you may still keep the part if you wish, however there will be an additional core charge added to your final bill.

Each part we install, and its related labor is warranted for 90 days of normal household use. Technicians only use new factory genuine parts on all service repairs.
If any part we install in your appliance fails during your warranty period, simply give us a call! We will quickly replace the defective parts at no charge!
